Idaho sets a specific bar for the registered office: a physical Idaho street address, staffed in normal business hours. Post office boxes do not clear it. Neither do commercial personal mail boxes, the rented boxes at shipping stores, which Idaho rules out by name rather than leaving to interpretation.
