Free Until It Isn't: Pricing Your Idaho Agent Past Year One
Pay one annual fee — $99 — for registered agent representation in Idaho. The address goes on your filings, legal mail gets scanned same-day, and we remind you before state deadlines.
Whose page is this? Idaho Registered Agent.co's. We want your business, so weigh the pitch accordingly, and check the Bizee figures on Bizee's own site rather than taking them from a competitor.
Take the Free Months
Bizee throws registered agent service into its formation packages at no cost, for three to twelve months depending which package you pick. That is a genuine giveaway on a service Idaho requires you to carry, and we could not find a setup fee or a clawback hiding behind it. If you are forming now and the free window is on the table, take it. Nobody should pay for something a competitor is handing out.
Month Thirteen, or Month Four, Depending on Your Package
When the window closes, Bizee's own rate takes over at $149 annually. Plan against that one, because the free part ends and the requirement does not.
The Idaho wrinkle is a calendar one. Your free window starts whenever you formed and runs however many months your package included. Your Idaho annual report is due on the last day of your anniversary month, with the filing window opening on the first day of that month. Those two dates almost never line up. So you end up tracking a billing clock that belongs to a vendor and a compliance clock that belongs to the state, and only one of them can dissolve your LLC. Worth knowing which is which before the reminders start arriving from two directions.
| Stage | Bizee | Idaho Registered Agent.co |

| Bundled window | $0 for 3-12 months | $99/yr from day one |
| After the window | $149/yr | $99/yr |
| Three billed years | $447 | $297 |
One Number, No Countdown
Ready when you are. Ordering takes about five minutes.
Order HereNinety-nine dollars a year, and there is no window that expires behind it. Scan the day it arrives, email it, archive it in your vault. That is the whole workflow for anything served on us at our Idaho address. Your filings carry our address, not yours, and we ping you before the anniversary month window opens.
Somebody is cheaper, for the record. BetterLegal advertises $90 a year. Ninety-nine puts us in the same low band with a renewal that matches the signup, which is the accurate way to say it.
Bizee's Name Comes Off the Record the Same Way It Went On
Your entity's public record has an agent line and a registered office line. One document edits either or both, and Idaho stamps no number on it, which is why searching for a form number gets you nowhere. The recipient is the Idaho Secretary of State. Through SOSBiz the state charges nothing; on paper, $20 covers manual processing.
Who is allowed in the slot: an Idaho resident who has turned eighteen, or any company carrying its own registration in this state. A name you merely filed as an assumed business name will not do, which matters if you trade under something other than the LLC's legal name. The address has to be an actual Idaho street address. Post office boxes are out, and so are commercial personal mail boxes, meaning the rented box behind the counter at a mailbox store. Idaho names that second one specifically, which most states do not bother to do.
Get the order right and nothing can go wrong. Sign up with us, then file, because the statement names an incoming agent and that agent has to have consented before you can honestly put the name down. Let the Bizee term expire afterwards rather than cancelling ahead of the filing, so your record never shows a gap.
And the filing that actually carries risk is the other one. Miss the annual report and Idaho Code § 30-21-602 lets the state administratively dissolve the entity roughly sixty days past the due date. A free filing with a consequence attached is still a filing you have to make. Our Idaho change of agent page has the switching detail.
