Same Idaho Duty, $150 Less Every Year
Pay one annual fee — $99 — for registered agent representation in Idaho. The address goes on your filings, legal mail gets scanned same-day, and we remind you before state deadlines.
We have a stake in this, so say it up front: Idaho Registered Agent.co charges $99 a year for the same statutory job LegalZoom bills $249 for. That makes this a sales page. It does not make the prices any less real, and both of them are published.
You Know the Name, and That Counts for Something
LegalZoom is the only company in this business your accountant has definitely heard of. Familiarity has value. Nobody at your bank raises an eyebrow, nobody asks whether the provider is legitimate, and there is a certain peace in buying the option that requires no explanation. The pricing is also refreshingly free of games: one figure, posted, no expiring introductory rate underneath it.
$249, Every Year, on Autopilot
That figure is $249 a year for registered agent service. We searched for a first-year discount and found none, which means the number you pay in month one is the number that comes back in month thirteen, and it comes back automatically unless you do something about it.
Set against $99, that is $150 leaving your account every year for the life of the entity.
Here is the part specific to Idaho. A premium in this category is usually sold against paperwork anxiety, the sense that state compliance is complicated and you want a big name handling it. Idaho already removed most of that. The annual report under Idaho Code § 30-21-213 is not a document you write. The state pre-fills your record, you check that the details are current, you sign, and the fee online is zero dollars. It is a verification screen. There is not enough friction left in Idaho compliance for a $150 annual premium to be buying its removal.
One caveat, because it does catch people out. That report will not change your entity's name; a name change needs its own amendment filing. What the report does carry is your agent details, and if what you put there disagrees with what the state holds, Idaho reads the difference as a change of agent rather than a typo to overlook. None of that is hard. It just wants doing deliberately.

$99, and Here Is Everything In It
Ready when you are. Ordering takes about five minutes.
Order HereServed documents are imaged same-day and dropped into your portal, then emailed so you see them without logging in anywhere. Our Idaho street address goes on your filings and keeps your own off the public record. Deadline alerts follow your anniversary month. Renewal is $99, the same $99, with nothing bolted on at signup.
Want ordinary business mail scanned as well? That runs $15 an item, and it is the only extra we have.
Speed is the piece we care about most. A summons arrives with a clock already running, and every hour between the document reaching an agent's front desk and reaching your screen is time you cannot claw back later. Ours is counted in hours rather than in days.
Before you read cheapest into any of that, do not. Ninety dollars is out there at BetterLegal. Ours is among the lowest published Idaho rates and it stays exactly where it is, which is the claim we can actually stand behind.
File Once, Then Cancel LegalZoom
One statement to the Idaho Secretary of State, covering the agent, the office address, or both, unnumbered, free through SOSBiz and $20 only if it goes in on paper. Get the replacement appointed first so the statement names an agent who has agreed to the job, then cancel the subscription once the record shows the change. Step by step here.
